More than 80 educational institutions and hospitals were damaged in Ukraine during the days of war, says Oleksiy Arestovych, advisor to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office.

"The total number of damaged facilities that cannot be qualified otherwise than as war crimes - kindergartens, schools, vocational schools, educational institutions and hospitals alone exceeded 80," Arestovich said on the air of the Ukraine 24 television channel on Tuesday.
