By December 1, Ukrainian employers, local authorities and educational institutions must submit lists of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists to the Territorial center for acquisition for the first time.


Such a norm is contained in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1487, which was adopted on December 30, 2022 and will be applied for the first time this year.


The lists must be submitted by:


- state bodies, local governments, executive bodies of village, settlement and city councils;

- enterprises, institutions and organizations that keep records of their employees;

- educational institutions that keep lists of their applicants for education.
