Residents of the Mykolaiv region who will destroy Russian military equipment will receive a cash reward of $1,000, the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, said on Tuesday.
"There is a movement of equipment in three columns, from the side of Snigirevka, Bashtanka. Our equipment is working, "helicopters" are scorching them. We will pay a reward of $1,000 for the burned equipment," Kim said in a video message made public in the telegram.
He later clarified that military equipment of the AFU is moving around Nikolaev and asked citizens not to disturb the military. "There is a lot of equipment moving in the city, all of it is ours. Do not interfere! And don't shoot," Kim stressed.
