In Ivano-Frankivsk there were explosions near the airport, the building of the airfield's fuel and lubricants caught fire. This was reported by Delovaya Stolitsa, citing the social network of the mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv and the State Emergency Service.

In the State Emergencies Service did not explain what caused the fire. At the same time, residents of the city in the social networks suggest that the aggressor could bomb the airfield or strike at the military infrastructure.

The mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk Ruslan Martsinkiv in his address asked residents to remain calm. According to him, education in schools and pre-schools is suspended today. If possible, everyone is asked to work remotely and help the military.
