Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed the heads of several regional state administrations to complete the territorial defense forces within the next two weeks.

"I would like to address the heads of regional state administrations, as well as the head of the Kyiv state administration to ensure that you do everything in two weeks, without improvisation. Consult with our military in accordance with the legislation on the National Resistance ... We do not have time to look for something, decide, do politics," Zelensky said during a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Kharkiv.

In particular, we are talking about Odesa region, Mariupol, Rivne, Kiev and Kiev region, where, according to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, there are shortcomings.

As Zelensky stressed, otherwise there will be personnel decisions.

He also appealed to the Minister of Culture Alexander Tkachenko regarding his cooperation with the heads of regional state administrations and mayors on aspects of the information component of territorial defense.

"It is very important for us that the information policy is the same, that people understand exactly: what will be - if something happens, what will happen, what is the state of preparation of this or that area now - that there is also no improvisation about it. So, if you can, prepare this plan and connect with the heads of local authorities", - summed up Zelensky.
