Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky convenes the National Security and Defense Council. This time there will be a visiting session in Kharkiv.

It is known that the meeting will be held in the Kharkiv regional state administration.

The issues of the meeting:

Russian blockade of the Black and Azov seas;

territorial defense;

regional policy;

public finance and others.

The previous meeting of the NSDC was held on January 24 amid the threat of Russian invasion. After it, Zelensky published a video address to Ukrainians, in which he assured that the situation with Russian aggression is under control and there is no reason to panic.

We would like to point out that last July, the NSDC also planned to hold an off-site meeting. But that time in Sumy. However, it never took place. And the next meeting was already in Kiev.
