Conscript Artemiy Ryabchuk, who shot his fellow soldiers today, was reported on suspicion. This was reported today at a joint briefing by representatives of the DBR and the National Police.
According to DBR spokeswoman Tatiana Sapyan, Ryabchuk was informed of the suspicion under articles: 115 (premeditated murder), 408 (desertion) and 410 (theft, embezzlement, extortion of military weapons and ammunition).
"Just been told what measure will be chosen - detention without an alternative to bail," Sapian added.
As noted, the shooting at Yuzhmash killed four servicemen and one female civilian.
