In some exchange offices in Kiev, the dollar this morning is about 30 USD, reports UNN.

The dollar has continued to strengthen for several days in a row.

National Bank of Ukraine on January 26, 2022 set the official exchange rate of 28.66 hryvnia per dollar. That is, the U.S. currency has appreciated by another 29 kopecks compared to the previous banking day.

This weakening of the national currency against the dollar is the maximum in recent years - the highest official dollar exchange rate was only on January 28, 2018 and amounted to 28.74 hryvnia.

At the same time, the situation in the cash market is even more dramatic. So, in some exchange offices in the capital American currency is traded for almost 30 hryvnias, for example, 29.75.

Analysts in the morning estimated the average dollar rate at the black market at 28.79 (sale) and 28.7 (buy), the average rate on the interbank - 28.7.
