In 2021 the programs of concessional lending have grown more than threefold. This was announced by Prime Minister Denis Shmygal at a regular meeting of the Government on December 29, reports the government portal.

According to him, the anti-crisis programs to support the economy and business have become an integral part of the economic policy of the government. Thus, under the presidential programme "5-7-9" almost 65 billion UAH of available loans were granted in 2021. At the same time for less than two years under the program issued a total of almost 80 billion UAH loans.

"Another 7 billion UAH were issued under the program of portfolio guarantees from the state. More than 30 thousand businesses from different regions and sectors got a cheap resource and an opportunity to develop their own business, "- said Denis Shmygal.

As Prime Minister said, last year alone, at the initiative of the President the Government launched a programme of direct and targeted payments to small and medium-sized businesses for a total of 15 billion UAH.

In spring of this year, funds were paid to entrepreneurs who had limited their work due to their region being in the "red" zone. Now we have successfully launched a program of targeted payments is Support. Entrepreneurs are already positively evaluating the effect of such a program, "- said the head of the government.

Denis Shmygal also noted the launch of the program of affordable mortgage lending in March of this year.

"During this time we have already signed 1,300 contracts to the amount of more than 1.1 billion UAH. In general, during the 10 months of 2021 mortgage loans for more than 7 billion UAH have been granted, which is 2.5 times more than last year ", - Head of the Government said.

In addition, according to Prime Minister, this year the Government has decided to increase the authorized capital of "Ukrfinzhill" by 20 billion UAH, which will allow to annually provide thousands of Ukrainian families with their own homes.
