Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has explained why Russian President Vladimir Putin has been pulling troops to the Ukrainian border. At the same time, he believes that so far Russia has not achieved anything significant.
Kuleba said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, Russia has realized that everyone has already learned how to talk to it, but it still cannot squeeze the results it needs for itself from these conversations.
"So now the task Putin has set for himself is not to have someone talk to him again, but to finally squeeze something for himself out of these conversations," Kuleba said.
A reminder, according to the Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Russia has now concentrated 122,000 military personnel within 200 kilometers of the border.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Defence Ministry published a fresh map showing the location of Russian troops near the Ukrainian borders.
Earlier, the British company Janes, which specializes in defence and intelligence, published an analysis of the concentration of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border.
