Eurosolidarity MPs filed a statement about Zelensky's "state treason"

People's deputies from the "Eurosolidarity" party have filed a statement to law enforcement agencies about the possible state treason of Volodymyr Zelensky  and his possible financing of terrorism. This is stated in a statement on the website of the party, reports Delovaya Stolitsa.

"People's deputies from the faction "European Solidarity" filed a notice of crime Volodymyr Zelensky  and his entourage to the Office of the Prosecutor General, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Security Service of Ukraine", - stated in the message.

It is noted that the notice of criminal offense, in particular, noted: "during the cadence of Volodymyr Zelensky Ukraine lost energy independence and began to buy coal from the aggressor country."

"As of December 2021, Ukraine is on the verge of an energy catastrophe, without external assistance the country is powerless before the energy blackmail of the aggressor - the Russian Federation, which is a direct consequence of the actions of the top leadership of the country, in particular, the citizen Zelensky Volodymyr Oleksandrovich, who since 2019 the position of President of Ukraine ", - the document says.

Representatives of the "EU" note that during 2016 - 2019, the top leadership of the state together with the relevant ministry carried out the conversion of Ukrainian thermal power plants to coal of the gas group extracted from the Ukrainian coal mines in order to ensure the independence of the state in the sphere of heat and electricity supply.

"As of early 2019, 55 of the 75 units of thermal power plants were converted to burning gas coal, and only 18% of the electricity of all thermal power plants was produced by burning anthracite. In fact, the country's dependence on supplies of Russian coal and coal from the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions has been overcome, and this has provided Ukraine with energy independence in heat and electricity supply," Eurosolidarity reported.

The party stresses that with Zelensky's accession to the office of President of Ukraine "there were systemic changes in the supply of Ukrainian thermal power plants with Russian coal, and under the guise of Russian coal and coal from the temporarily occupied territories."

"These changes have destroyed the energy independence of Ukraine in the sphere of heat and electricity supply, made the country extremely dependent on the aggressor of the Russian Federation and now unfriendly - the Republic of Belarus," - noted in the political force.

The party notes that "the actions contain signs of criminal offences under Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "High treason, that is, the act deliberately committed by a citizen of Ukraine to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine".

"Deputies require without delay, but not later than 24 hours after the submission of a notice of a criminal offence to enter the relevant information in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations on the signs of the above criminal offences, to begin an investigation and in 24 hours from the time of entering such information to deliver the applicant investigation," - stated in the message.

We will remind, on December 17, Petro Poroshenko refused to receive a summons for questioning on the supply of coal from the temporarily occupied territories. The SBU said that investigators tried to serve Poroshenko a summons near the Verkhovna Rada, but he ignored them and left in an unknown direction. The SBU said that the investigation into the case continues.
