Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk signed the law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2022". It was submitted to President Volodymyr Zelensky for signature, writes UNN with reference to the data on the website of the parliament.
The head of parliament noted that this year's law on the State budget was adopted on time. "First of all, it is important that the main estimate of the country is adopted in time, and not under the Christmas tree. This will ensure the functioning of the state, the realization of human rights and freedoms and their guarantees," he stressed.
The budget, according to Stefanchuk, takes into account the urgent social needs of Ukrainians, significantly increases funding for medical and educational spheres, provides record funding for the defense sector.
Recall that the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Budget-2022 on December 2.
Compared with the first reading the state budget revenues increased by 54.7 billion UAH and are estimated at 1 trillion 322 billion UAH. Expenses are increased by 55.7 billion UAH and are set at 1 trillion 521 billion UAH.
In the framework of cooperation with the IMF, the marginal budget deficit is set at 3.5% of GDP, namely 188.798 billion UAH.
In the budget - 2022, according to the government and parliament, was also provided:
Consumer price index - 6.2% (December to December of the previous year)
Living wage from January 1 - 2,393 UAH, from July 1 - 2,508 UAH, from December 1 - 2,589 UAH
Minimum wage on January 1 - 6 500 UAH, on October 1 - 6 700 UAH
Average monthly salary - 15 258 UAH
ILO methodology for unemployment among population aged 15-70 years to economically active population - 8.5%
Exports of goods and services - 6,5% y/y
Import of goods and services - 9,2% y/y
UAH/USD exchange rate - 28,6/28,7 average/end of year.
