SBU workers found the body of Taras Pozniakov, who disappeared in 2016. The guy through the service BlaBlaCar took hitchhikers from Lviv to Kiev and did not reach his destination. The details were told by the speaker of the SBU Artem Dehtyarenko in a commentary for the "24 channel".

Taras Pozniakov's body was found on the highway Zhytomyr-Kyiv. They found him back in summer, but could not identify him at once. Only after all the examinations it became known that this was the body of Taras Poznyakov, who had disappeared back in 2016. Special equipment of the Defense Ministry was involved in the search. The situation was complicated by the fact that since 2016 the relief of the area had changed greatly.

According to Artem Dehtyarenko, employees of the SBU received new data, which they are now checking. The data suggests that the murder of Poznyakov may have been ordered. Criminal proceedings under the article "Premeditated murder" were opened.

Taras Pozniakov left home on April 4, 2016. He was on his way to Kiev, but he never reached his destination. On the way he picked up two fellow travelers, who introduced themselves by assumed names and called themselves "Right Sector" fighters. The guys were caught on gas station cameras and were put on the wanted list.

Later it became known that they were Russian citizens Luan Kingisepp and Dmitri Golub. According to the materials of the case, Luan Kingisepp shot the driver with a TT pistol.

However, the body of the deceased could not be found. The criminals confessed only to the theft of the car, but did not confess to the murder.

Luan Kingisepp died in Kiev in 2019 in an apartment explosion. Dmitry Golub was arrested and convicted in 2019. He was sentenced to life imprisonment with confiscation of all property.
