The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Thursday, December 9, plans to consider a number of bills and resolutions, among them, in particular, the reallocation of state budget expenditures for 2021 to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Defense, as well as the formation of a government commission to investigate the technical investigation into the road accident, which occurred December 7, 2021 in Chernihiv region. The UNN informs about it with reference to the government agenda.
Consequently, at the meeting the Cabinet of Ministers will consider amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On licensing activities in the field of nuclear energy. And also a bill on the basic principles of formation and implementation of priority directions of scientific, scientific-technical and innovation activity in Ukraine, and amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on the implementation of licensing procedures and control in the provision of social services.
Among other things on the agenda is a draft law on social work, and amending the Law of Ukraine "On burial and funeral services.
The Cabinet will also consider amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine on the accounting of denatured ethyl alcohol and chemical and technical products, and the moratorium on the alienation of property of all-union public associations (organizations) of the former Soviet Union
Officials will vote on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine regarding the financing of social services and the Law "On pensions for persons dismissed from military service and some other persons" regarding pensions in case of loss of breadwinner.
The Cabinet will also consider the formation of the government commission for technical investigation of the road accident, which occurred on December 7, 2021 in Chernihiv region; some issues of distribution in 2021 of subventions from the state budget to local budgets for infrastructure projects and development of socio-cultural facilities; reallocation of certain state budget expenditures provided for the Ministry of Health in 2021.
