Zelensky announced the economic passport of a Ukrainian: how it will work

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposes sending money from the use of Ukrainian resources for the education of children. The money is planned to be deposited into personal accounts.

Volodymyr Zelensky said during a message to the Verkhovna Rada, which was broadcast online on numerous resources.

"The fees for the use of Ukrainian resources will be accumulated on the personal accounts of children of Ukrainian citizens,"- he said.

He said that this mechanism will be regulated by the bill 5600. "Till December 10 I am going to submit a bill on the economic passport of a Ukrainian citizen," - the president said.

According to him, children will be able to use this money for education in Ukraine after they reach the age of majority.

As we reported earlier, on March 30, the Verkhovna Rada approved the law on the increase of rates of taxes, excise duties and other payments to the state budget. Document 5600 affects both businesses and citizens of Ukraine.

Amendment #97 was withdrawn from the document during the consideration of the bill. The amendment was withdrawn at the request of MP David Arahamilia, who stated that "the current world prices do not meet the expectations that were made at the initial stage".
