Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine will discuss with the new German authorities the supply of weapons to our country. In his opinion, nothing prevents this for now. RBK-Ukraine writes about this, citing a briefing by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
According to the minister, at every meeting with representatives of the Bundestag, the Ukrainian side said that in the coalition agreement should maintain support for the European integration of Ukraine.
"And we are glad to see that this thesis was reflected. Therefore, there will be no super policy adjustments. Germany is a consistent country, we will move forward. As for the issue of weapons, our position remains unchanged - we see no obstacles to the supply of weapons and strengthening the defense capabilities of Ukraine from any state," Kuleba noted.
He noted that so far there are no legal, political or moral restrictions for such decisions, and added that Ukraine will discuss the relevant issues with the new German government.
