Gazprom CEO Aleksey Miller has made a statement that the company is fulfilling the plan of gas pumping into Europe's underground storage facilities.
"Gazprom has approved the company's plan for pumping gas into Europe's underground storage facilities and is currently implementing it. Different routes for transportation of gas are being used. Including through the territory of Ukraine," Miller said in the company's Telegram channel.
The head of the corporation said that Gazprom's obligations to Ukraine will also be "overfulfilled.
According to the current transit Ukrainian-Russian five-year agreement for 2021-2024, the annual volume of gas transit is assumed to be 40 billion cubic meters.
