New suspicion for failure to execute a court decision, which came into force, handed over by the investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation Geo Leros people's deputy. This is reported by the press service of the State Bureau of investigations.
"On August 11, 2021, the Kiev court of appeal found inaccurate and defamatory honor, dignity and business reputation, the information disseminated by the deputy on March 29, 2020 on his page in one of the social networks," - reported in the GBI.
The court ordered the MP to refute this information.
As the suspect Leros himself clarified, we are talking about his post about Denis Ermak - brother of the head of the Office of the President Andrei Ermak.
"You do remember the video of Denis Yermak trading on behalf of his brother for public office. For the fact that I did not refute this fact, which everyone saw firsthand, they also want to put me in jail," said Leros.
According to him, investigators are requesting a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest. The hearing will be held at 17:00 today, November 12.
