The health condition of the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, deteriorated. This was stated by his personal doctor Nikoloz Kipshidze.
As noted by the specialist, Mikhail Saakashvili has a rare blood disease, in which hunger is generally unacceptable, because it causes serious changes in the body.
According to Nikoloz Kipshidze, Mikheil Saakashvili only drinks water at the moment.
“His condition has worsened somewhat. Two days ago he looked completely different, now things are worse, he walks harder, he has a little difficulty speaking, etc. He is worried that he is ill. I asked him to talk about his illness. and he gave me the right to do so. Now the situation is difficult. He refused one spoonful of honey. I asked him today, but he refuses to eat. If this continues, the third president will not live to see the elections - he will not survive, ”Nikoloz Kipshidze noted.
According to the doctor, he will visit Mikhail Saakashvili tomorrow, and there is a high probability that his will need to be hospitalized.
According to Nikoloz Kipshidze, the third president of Georgia has already lost 15 kilograms. And because of his illness, as a result of the hunger strike, Mikheil Saakashvili's condition may worsen, and it will be impossible to help him - he will no longer be treated.
