Ukrainian operator Nova Poshta has registered its own airline to deliver international cargo. The company is called Supernova Airlines and will have its own aircraft, according to the company's press service.
«The airline was registered last week and will report to Nova Poshta Global, which is responsible for international delivery. It will operate cargo flights,» said Oksana Tarasenko, a spokeswoman for the company.
Tarasenko clarified that now «Nova Poshta» orders delivery to other airlines, but due to the growth of international parcels, it was decided to create an airline.
At the same time, Nova Poshta does not say how many planes the company will have and when the flights will start.
«There will be planes that will be completely imprisoned for cargo transportation,» Tarasenko said, adding that Nova Poshta will announce the specifics later.
According to the press service, flights will be operated from Boryspil and Lviv international airports.
