The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense intends to introduce innovations to introduce electronic referrals to the military medical commission for conscripts through the Reserve+ application. This was announced by Kateryna Chornohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, during a telethon.


According to her, this update provides a convenient mechanism for obtaining referrals to the MMC without the need to visit territorial recruitment centers and military commissariats.


From now on, conscripts will be able to receive the necessary document in a convenient format through a mobile application.
