The information about the readiness of Russian troops to attack Sumy region from the north, voiced by some experts on Ukrainian TV channels, is not true. The occupiers currently have no resources. This is reported in the Telegram of the Center for Countering Disinformation.
"The Russian Federation currently has no resources for offensive actions in this area, and such information from experts who do not have access to any intelligence information completely coincides with the Russian narratives of "fear propaganda" that they spread in our information space against the background of intensified shelling of the Sumy region," the center emphasized.
They noted that such unverified information on our TV channels only helps the Russians spread panic among Ukrainians.
The CCD once again urged to trust only official sources.
