The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denys Monastyrskyi, said that the "points of invincibility" of the State Emergency Service and the National Police of Ukraine will be equipped with starlinks within two weeks, which will solve the communication problem.

 "To date, the State Emergency Service has created more than a thousand "unbreakable points" throughout the country. And we are responsible for each of them.  Speaking about the problematic aspects of the operation of such points, the minister noted that there are still difficulties with communication.
