The head of the IAEA, Raphael Grossi, confirmed on Friday that the first rotation of the agency's mission staff, who had been at the plant since September 1, took place at the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
"Director General Rafael Grossi has confirmed that the first personnel change of the IAEA support and assistance mission at the Zaporizhzhya NPP in Ukraine has been completed. Now there is a new reinforced team of IAEA security experts at the plant," said the message published on the IAEA's Twitter.

It should be noted that Grossi visited Kyiv this week for consultations on the creation of a security zone around the ZNPP.
