US President Joe Biden, commenting on the course of Russia's war against Ukraine, said that Ukrainians have made significant progress, but there is still a long way to go.

 When asked if he considers the current events on the battlefield to be a "tipping point", Biden replied: "There is no answer to that. It is difficult to say. It is clear that the Ukrainians have made significant progress, but I think there is still a long way to go."
