On the Bakhmut direction the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stopped the enemy offensive in the direction of Vladimirovka-Pokrovske, the enemy retreated, the General Staff reported.

"On the Bakhmut direction the soldiers of the AFU stopped the enemy offensive in the direction of Vladimirovka-Pokrovske. After the fire action, the enemy withdrew. Enemy units from the 5th All-Army Army are conducting an offensive in the direction of Pilipchatino-Pokrovske, the combat operations continue. In the direction of Rota-Vershina the enemy has advanced by one kilometer," said a Saturday morning report of the General Staff.

The General Staff noted that in the Seversk direction the enemy keeps up to three battalion tactical groups of the 1st Tank Army and the 20th Combined Arms, as well as units of airborne troops for covering the section of the Russian-Ukrainian border in the Bryansk and Kursk regions.

It is noted that the enemy fired artillery at the positions of the Defense Forces in the areas of Buchki in the Chernihiv region and Boyaro-Lezhachi in the Sumy region. The occupants continue to fortify defense positions in the border areas of Bryansk region.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy carried out artillery fire on infrastructure elements in the areas of the city of Kharkiv and the Vyalovskoye reservoir.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy concentrates its main efforts on the offensive in the direction of Dibrovne and Bogorodichne. Attempts to conduct an assault in the direction of Dovghenkoe-Mazanivka, the fight continues. Conducted an air strike in the vicinity of Dibrovne.

In the Donetsk direction, the occupants focus their main efforts on holding the occupied positions and regrouping their forces.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy carried out firing of mortars and rocket artillery at Ukrainian units in the Raigorodka and Starodubivka areas.

In the Severodonetsk direction, the occupants fired barrel artillery in the areas of Lysychansk, Spornoe and Volcheyarovka. They carried out an air strike near Lysychansk, attempting to blockade the city from the south.

Russian troops also conducted assault operations near Metelkino, Sirotino and Voronovo.

The occupants attempted to concentrate their main efforts in Avdeevka, Kurakhivka and Novopavlivka directions to conduct stalling actions and hold their positions. In the Zaporizhzhia direction, they conduct defensive actions.

Also, the enemy tried to take control of the Yasinovataya-Konstantinovka road section, where they fought in the direction of Vasilievka-Kamianka. Ukrainian defenders gave a decisive counterattack to the enemy and he retreated with losses.

In the South Bug direction, the occupants concentrate their main efforts to hold their positions. They conduct reconnaissance, improve engineering, and try to prevent our troops from regrouping.

To restore the previously lost position, the enemy attacked in the direction of Potemkin-Vysokopolye, Kherson region, was unsuccessful and withdrew.
