On May 17, Russian troops shelled a convoy of vehicles carrying people near the village of Davydov Brod in the Kherson region with Grad missiles. As a result of the shelling, three people were killed and six were wounded.

This is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

"People were trying to pass in the Berislavsky district of the Kherson region. At least three people were killed, six more were injured of varying nature and severity," the report said.

Prosecutors are conducting a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
