Head of the French Ministry of Finance announced new sanctions against Russia

The 27-nation European Union has imposed three sets of sanctions on Moscow for its aggression against Ukraine, including freezing Russian central bank assets and disconnecting seven Russian banks from the SWIFT financial messaging system.
