Ukraine has already recorded 4.54 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, an increase over the day, February 13 - a decrease below 20 thousand for the first time since the beginning of February. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

"For a day on February 13 in Ukraine recorded 16,993 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.

It is also known that of those who fell ill in the past 24 hours: children - 1,447, health workers - 252.

Also in the past 24 hours:

- hospitalized - 2,270 people;

- fatal cases - 142;

- 9 338 persons recovered.

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

- fell ill - 4,542,693 persons;

- 3,788,395 people recovered;

- 102,950 deaths;

- 19,060,801 PCR tests were conducted.

During the last day the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kiev city (2293), Odessa (1519), Dnipropetrovsk (1171), Kharkiv (1107) and Cherkassy (823) regions.

During the day on February 13, 18 938 people in Ukraine were vaccinated against COVID-19. The first dose was given to 5,658 people, the second dose to 8,981 people, an additional dose to 95 people and a booster dose to 4,204 people. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

As of Monday morning, over 412 million people in the world have already been infected with the coronavirus disease COVID-19. This is reported by the Worldometers website.
