The Minister for European Affairs in the German government, Anna Luhrmann, has called for the start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union, announcing that the Ukrainian authorities have implemented the necessary reforms. She said this in an interview with DPA.


Luhrmann called on all EU member states to quickly agree on a draft negotiation framework, noting that the German government believes that Ukraine has fulfilled all the conditions to start negotiations on EU accession in June.
