Today, on May 27, residents of Kharkiv heard explosions caused by the impact of guided aerial bombs. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram.

“Hits in Kharkiv. Preliminary in the city center,” Terekhov wrote.

He added that Russian troops struck the industrial zone of Kholodnohirsk district. Information about the damage and casualties is currently being clarified.


The head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Synegubov, urged residents to stay in shelters.


Before the explosions, the Air Force reported that a guided aerial bomb was approaching Kharkiv.


Mayor Ihor Terekhov also reported four injured of the Russian strike, one of whom is in critical condition.
