Lithuania transfers anti-drone systems to Ukraine

Lithuania has announced the transfer of its anti-drone systems to Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Baltic country.


"Lithuania continues to provide continuous military support to Ukraine. On March 22, Lithuanian anti-drone systems were delivered to Ukraine," the statement said.


The ministry noted that the military aid provided to Ukraine as part of the national defense system includes a wide range of weapons, ammunition, drones, anti-drones, training of troops, repair of heavy equipment and other assistance provided in accordance with the stated needs of Ukraine.


"Lithuania has already developed a long-term plan to support Ukraine, which includes a military aid package worth 200 million euros for 2024-2026," the Defense Ministry said.
