"There may be people under the rubble. All specialized services are working at the scene. The information is being clarified," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv RMA.

In Kharkiv, three people died and five were injured after the hit, reports Deputy Head of Kharkiv Police Bolivanov.
An eight-story building and a production workshop in the Kholodnohirsky district were damaged.
"An ordinary printing house, a workshop for the production of furniture and paint and varnish products," Bolivanov said.
The fire has increased to an area of 2,000 square meters. There may still be people under the rubble.
