The work of the GUR: Failures in Russia's online voting system, - sources

The online voting system in the so-called "elections" in Russia is not working. This is the work of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense. This was reported by sources in the special services.

According to the sources, on the day of the pseudo-presidential election in Russia, serious problems were reported in the electronic voting system, and a malfunction occurred. The mos.ru website is down again.

Sources in the special services say that this is the work of cyber specialists of the GUR.

The failures began to be recorded in the morning. The Russian Central Election Commission said that there were no problems, and the site was overloaded due to "an unprecedented number of people wishing to vote," so the system is working in a queue mode.

Meanwhile, Russians have already started to panic on social media because of the online voting failures, and Russian media are actively spreading information about the problems with the system.

Recently, Rostelecom CEO Mikhail Oseevsky said that allegedly Russia is waging a war with the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.

A source in the intelligence services commented on this statement as follows: "Russia's cyberwar against the GUR is ongoing."
