Last night, Russian troops once again attacked Ukraine with Shahed-type kamikaze drones, using 36 such drones. Air defense forces and means shot down 22 such enemy targets. This is reported by the General Staff of the AFU and the Telegram of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine.
"At night, the Russian occupiers once again attacked Ukraine using 36 Shahed UAVs. The Ukrainian air defense forces and means destroyed 22 of these attack UAVs," the military command said in a morning report.
According to the Operational Command "South", 2 of these "Shaheds" were eliminated in Mykolaiv region.
"During a night drone attack, those 2 Shahed-131/136 that advanced in our area of responsibility to Mykolaiv region were destroyed by air defense forces in the north of the region," the military said.
