Extremist events may take place in Moscow in the next two days. Such a message was published by the Embassy of the United States in Russia.

"The Embassy is monitoring reports that extremists are planning to attack large gatherings in Moscow, including concerts and American events. And United States citizens are advised to avoid large gatherings for the next 48 hours," the statement said.


They added that they assess the probability of terrorist attacks in Russia as inevitable.


The British Foreign Ministry also recommended that its citizens refrain from traveling to Russia.


Russian authorities have not yet commented on this information.
