Germany will participate in the Czech initiative to purchase 800,000 artillery shells for Ukraine. This was stated by German government press secretary Steffen Hebestreit in the Tagesschau publication.


He emphasized that the German government contributes "a three-digit million-dollar sum" to the purchase of ammunition for Ukraine as part of the Czech Republic's initiative.


At the same time, the press secretary of the department did not disclose further details.
