Rada Committee recommended extension of martial law and mobilization in Ukraine

The Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence has recommended extending martial law and mobilization in Ukraine for another 90 days. This was reported by MP from the Voice faction Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Telegram.

 

 

"The Defense Committee supported the parliament's approval of decrees (10457 and 10456) on the extension of martial law. "There were 18 votes in favor - the decision was made unanimously," he said.


According to him, it is proposed to extend martial law and mobilization in Ukraine from February 14, 2023, for 90 days - respectively, until May 13, 2024.


"Further, the extension requires the approval of the parliament, where the vote is scheduled for today," the MP added.
