A meeting of representatives of the three countries on nuclear weapons was held in Seoul.

He also expressed serious concern over North Korea's growing hostile rhetoric toward South Korea.
Japan's representative Hiroyuki Namazu condemned North Korea's ballistic missile launches, calling for close monitoring of possible supplies from Russia that the North Korean authorities may receive.
