North Korea has called US accusations of transferring ballistic missiles to Russia "unfounded". This was stated by the DPRK's representative to the UN, Kim Song.
"The DPRK does not feel the need to comment on every unfounded US accusation," said Kim Song, the DPRK's permanent representative to the UN.
He accused the United States of undermining "the foundations of international peace and security," provoking the war in Ukraine and obstructing "legitimate relations between independent sovereign states."
