The Israeli army will soon move to a new stage of the operation to destroy Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip. This was stated by Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, The Times of Israel reports.


Gallant emphasized that the IDF is moving from the "intensive maneuvering phase of the war" to "various types of special operations."


He noted that the next phase of the operation in the north, particularly in the city of Gaza, will begin "soon."


At the same time, the IDF announced the completion of the dismantling of Hamas' "military structure" in the north of the Gaza Strip, while intense fighting continues in the south and central part.
