The information spread in social media about the alleged deaths of 108 soldiers from the brigade in the Avdiivka direction is false. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The information on social media about the alleged 108 dead in one of the brigades in the Avdiivka direction on Christmas Eve is fake," the statement said.
Earlier, social media spread information about the alleged death of 108 defenders of one of the brigades in the Avdiivka direction. It was claimed that they were released home for a week before Christmas.
