The Palestinian Authority will not assume power in Gaza as long as Benjamin Netanyahu is Prime Minister of Israel. This was reported by CNN.
"As long as I am prime minister, this will not happen. Those who raise their children for terror, finance terror and support terrorist families will not be able to control Gaza after we destroy Hamas," Netanyahu said.
It is noted that the Prime Minister's comment came after Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas expressed his readiness to assume power in Gaza and the West Bank.
