On the night of December 7, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 15 of 18 attack drones launched by Russian troops. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"On the night of December 7, 2023, the occupiers attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones from Cape Chauda (Crimea). A total of 18 Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs were launched," the Air Force said.
The main directions of attack were Khmelnytskyi and Odesa regions.
As a result of the air combat, the Air Force, in cooperation with the air defense of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, destroyed 15 enemy attack UAVs. Anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups were involved."
