The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine will discuss the unblocking of the border, which has been blocked by Polish carriers since early November, with the new Polish government. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Serhiy Derkach during a telethon.
He noted that the Ukrainian side is now trying to talk with the voivodes, as well as help our drivers with humanitarian supplies, food and resolve the issue of fuel.
"Yesterday we sent official requests to the voivodes from Lublin and Podkarpackie Voivodeship to provide the necessary conditions for our drivers. At least that's what we've done. And we will probably talk about unblocking with the new government," said Derkach.
As you know, after the parliamentary elections in Poland, President Andrzej Duda instructed Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki to form a new government.
It should be formed by the opposition parties Civic Platform, Third Way, and Livytsia.
They have already agreed to form a coalition and elect Donald Tusk as prime minister, but the real change of government will take place only in mid-December.
