Russian troops attack at the Kupyansk and Bakhmut directions. The Ukrainian army continues its assault operations south of Bakhmut. This was reported by the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi in his telegram channel.

According to him, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in many areas of the front and inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the Russians.

"In the Kupyansk direction, Russians conducted assault operations in the areas of Synkivka, east of Petropavlivka and Ivanivka. The attacks were repelled by our troops. Bakhmut direction. Russians tried to attack in the areas of Klishchiyivka and Andriivka. All attacks were repelled," said Syryskyi.

At the same time, Ukrainian soldiers continue their assault operations south of Bakhmut and consolidate their positions.
