Three more children have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine. The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, posted this on Facebook.
"Three children are back on the territory controlled by Ukraine," Prokudin wrote.
He emphasized that this is a great joint work of numerous services. The Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, the Save Ukraine charity organization, guardianship and custody authorities, and the Children's Service were involved in the return of the two families in which these children are being raised.
Prokudin said that parents and children are now working with psychologists and receiving the necessary medical care.
According to him, since the beginning of 2023, 146 children from Kherson region have already been returned to the government-controlled territory.
