The State Bureau of Investigation has served a notice of suspicion to an officer from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who gave grenades to Major Gennadiy Chastyakov for his birthday. The bureau found that the suspect received them without the appropriate permission.
