President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree appointing Serhiy Lupanchuk as the Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is stated in the presidential decree.
"To appoint Colonel Lupanchuk Serhiy Konstyantynovych as the Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," reads Decree No. 728.
It should be noted that open sources do not contain any information about Lapanchuk and his previous work in the Armed Forces.
