Russian troops continue to try to capture Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region. At the same time, the occupiers have no significant success in this direction. This was stated by the Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi in his Telegram.
"The enemy has no strategic success in the Kupyansk direction," he said.
According to the general, the Ukrainian military are giving a worthy rebuff to the Russian occupiers and disrupting their attempts to advance.
According to Syrskyi, the Russians' goal is clear: they want to occupy the city again.
